Mooring Charges 2024/25
Valid from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025
Charges include VAT and Harbour (Ship) Dues. LHC allocate £22.38 per m (ex VAT) to Harbour (Ship) Dues using an average of the overall annual resident boat meterage for the previous 3 years.
Charges exclude Harbour Protection Dues which are charged separately (see below).

**Applies to leisure vessels and commercial vessels licensed to carry up to 12 passengers with an annual berth on LHC Moorings. Passenger & Landing dues charged extra for commercial vessels (see separate schedule). Different dues charging arrangements apply for commercial vessels licensed to carry more than 12 passengers. The private marinas within the LHC Statutory Harbour area are charged a separate 'Commuted Due' covering all boats moored in the marinas whether on an annual, seasonal or visitor basis but excluding Dry Sailing (see below)
