** Applies to all commercial vessels that transit Lymington Harbour Commissioners statutory harbour area for the purpose of operating a ferry / cruise / charter service carrying goods or passengers between a shore side facility in Lymington and another destination (or vice versa). Ships dues are zero rated for VAT for boats over 15 tonnes (GRT)
# Applies to all commercial vessels landing on LHC Pontoon/Quay facilities. Landing charge based on 'touch and go' - maximum 40 minute stay. Standard short stay berthing fees (charged by length) apply to stays in excess of the 40 min landing period (by agreement & subject to availability). Landing dues are zero rated for VAT for vessels over 15 tonnes (GRT).
Operators are responsible for making an accurate declaration of their GRT, passenger numbers and trips to Lymington Harbour Commissioners on demand.
Operators who make in excess of 6,000 single trips per annum or carry in excess of 100,000 passengers may apply for a compound of harbour dues. Evidence of annual trips/passenger numbers is required.

Ships dues are zero rated for VAT for boats over 15 tonnes (GRT)
* Quarterly trippage declarations must be made in April, July, October and January for the previous three months. Harbour/Landing dues will be raised in July, October and January on the basis of each complete 100 trips declared. In April any 'part thereof' element will be invoiced at the full published rate. Operators are responsible for making an accurate declaration of their GRT, passenger capacity and trips to Lymington Harbour Commissioners on demand.
