Permits

Contractor Permits

Contractors must complete the appropriate permit form and return it to the Harbour Office. Approved contractors will still need to notify the Harbour Office when they are on site.

General Direction No. 5.20 requires anyone wishing to carry out any hot works such as welding and/or burning within the Lymington Harbour jurisdiction to seek written permission from the Commissioners in advance.

To do this, you must complete a hot works permit form and return it to the Harbour Office for approval.
