Terms and Conditions

• The Lymington Harbour Photo Competition (the “Competition”) is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• The Competition is open from 1^st Jan to 1^st October 2026
• Employees of Lymington Harbour or anyone else connected with the Competition may not enter the competition.
• To enter the Competition the entrant must email their submissions to info@lymingtonharbour.co.uk
• A maximum of five photo entries per entrant is allowed.
• By submitting an entry you are giving your permission for Lymington Harbour to publish the image on our website, social media channels and any printed collateral including the 2027 Lymington Harbour Guide.
• Images need to be over 1MG in file size.
• You own the copyright to your competition entry as its author. But your entry must be your own work, must not be copied, must not contain any third-party materials and/or content that you do not have permission to use, must not include any trademarks, and must not show inappropriate or dangerous behaviour, or otherwise be obscene, defamatory, distasteful, offensive, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation, or in breach of any confidentiality obligations owed by you to third parties. If Lymington Harbour has reason to believe your entry is not your own work or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions, then we may disqualify it.
• The Lymington Harbour Master will choose one winning entry from all the valid Competition entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• The Prize. The winning submission will receive a £200 voucher for Stanwell House Hotel, Lymington which can be redeemed for us for a stay, dining & drinks. Please note. There is no cash alternative. The voucher must be redeemed within one year of receipt.
• The winner will be contacted by email to arrange the prize.
• Entrants into the Competition shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
